Wedding Coordination
Your Full Wedding Package
The Full Wedding Planning Package is for couples with busy lifestyles, who need someone they trust to plan their wedding from beginning to end.
Package Includes:
* Scheduled Monthly meetings with a detailed wedding schedule for each meeting, leading up to a month before the wedding day.
* Managing your budget and keeping you on track
* Décor concept, helping with creating your wedding style vision
* Recommendations of 3 different vendors in various fields (DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Make-up Artist, Hair Stylist)
* Couple is to set up appointments with vendors and hire vendors that are best suited to them
* Confirming all vendors (2 weeks prior the wedding)
* Vendors and Venue Itinerary for Wedding day
* Wedding Party Itinerary
Rehearsal Ceremony:
* Wedding Rehearsal Co-ordination
* Co-ordinate the wedding party, officiant and ceremony order for day of wedding
* Answer any questions or deal with any last minute items
Ceremony & Reception Wedding Day
* Decorating ceremony and reception venues
* Managing vendor set ups and deliveries
* 10 hours of co-ordination
* Tear down of ceremony
* Organizing the ceremony start with the officiant, wedding party, videographer, photographer
* Co-ordinate the Grand Entrance for the wedding party in the reception venue
* Organize the reception with the Venue Manager, DJ, Videographer, Photographer, Musicians to keep everyone on schedule.
* We make an Emergency Kit for all our brides

Partial Wedding Package
Partial Wedding Planning is for our couples that have already chosen their wedding ceremony and reception venue. Couples that need a professional to guide them to reputable vendors, within their budget and wedding vision. * Day of Co-ordination Included
Package:

* Couple is to set up appointments with vendors and hire vendors that are best suited to them
* 2 Scheduled meetings for day of co-ordination: 1st Scheduled meeting 8 weeks prior to wedding, discussion around day of plans. 2nd Scheduled meeting 2 weeks prior to wedding venue walk through with this meeting.

Day of Co-Ordination Wedding Planning is for our couples that have already chosen their wedding ceremony and reception venue as well as having their whole wedding day planned. These couples want to make sure their big day goes off without a hitch, that's why they need Koukla Wedding Planning. We make sure everything is on time, ceremony and venue are set up and give them a day of celebration.
